We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager and a Programmer Trainee

Human Resources Manager

Position Detail

$80-$100K DOE with 401k match, Medical, Dental, Optical and a free private medical clinic for employee and immediate family members and a generous vacation schedule/plan.

Qualifications

B.S. or a B.A. Degree or 5 yrs. HR leadership experience

Duties

In charge of all HR activities including; labor relations and union contract compliance for two separate unions, oversight and responsibility for payroll, benefits, pension, hiring, training, discipline, safety, and miscellaneous HR related reporting and documentation. Other responsibilities include security, management representative on the Safety Committee and management lead for the company sponsored medical clinic.

Member of management team

Supervising a part-time HR assistant, a full-time payroll specialist, a full-time receptionist, two part-time receptionists and a full time security staff member.

Programmer Trainee

Duties

The candidate will work with the programming team to provide ongoing maintenance to the current software environment and will provide help desk support to the user base. The candidate will ultimately work developing and deploying new solutions and technologies as required by the business.

Qualifications

  • B.S. or B.A. Degree OR 3 years in the Information Technology sector
  • Very proficient with Microsoft Office products
  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS, or Java, Python, etc
  • Great interpersonal skills: verbal and written
  • Interest and/or some experience in programming
  • Business Analyst skills a plus
  • Experience with CentOS / Linux virtual servers a plus
    • Compensation

      • $50K annually to start, PLUS the following
