Welcome Kimberly Clemons, HR Manager
We are pleased to announce that BCS has hired Kimberly (Kim) Clemons as our new Human Resources Manager. Kim will begin her career with BCS on Monday, February 7th, 2022.
Kim was by far the top candidate from several that we interviewed over the last many weeks. She will be leaving the HR Manager role at the City of Lynden where she has had experience with all facets of Human Resources including interacting with the Local 231 union for a couple of their employee groups. Next, Kim has tremendous experience in the HR world and has SHRM (Society of Human Resources Management) certification for Senior Certified Professional, SHRM HR Department of One Specialty, and a Cornell Labor relations Certification. In addition to experience in the HR world, Kim has both public and private sector experience having spent several years with Summit Packaging in Auburn, WA before moving with her husband to North Dakota where she worked as HR Manager for the City of Watford.
Kim will report directly to the president and lead the Human Resources department which consists of team members; Natasha Noso, Senior HR Specialist, Cheryl Baher, Payroll Specialist, Robert Emdin, HR Systems Specialist and Receptionists, Gene and Jan Knutson.
We are so happy that Kim will be joining our BCS team and trust that she will be a positive compliment to her department and the entire company.
