Congratulations to Charlie Bailey, our August Employee of the Month! Charlie is a BCS Warrior who consistently demonstrates a positive ATTITUDE and a commitment to productivity. He is always willing to go the extra mile, and he is always looking for ways to improve his work.
Charlie takes pride in his work, and he takes care of the little things. He always throws away wrap and slip sheets appropriately, and he stacks pallets and plywood straight so that they are easy to use by the next operator. He is also a team player, and he is always willing to help out his colleagues.
Charlie’s positive attitude is contagious. He creates a positive atmosphere in the workplace, and he makes it a pleasure to work with him. He is a great example of someone who embodies the BCS core values of attitude, teamwork, and integrity.
The dock team is lucky to have Charlie as a member of their team. He is a valuable asset to the company and is a role model for others.
