Ruby demonstrates core values daily with our company. She goes above and beyond her daily responsibilities and helps us with coordination and ACCOUNTABILITY. Ruby is very customer minded while at work and she puts forth a great effort to ensure that all of our logistical concerns are taken care of with the customers and company in mind. Ruby is a major asset to the night shift and is a perfect team player. Nothing gets past her while at work. She is very kind and humble in her interactions between drivers, supervisors, and truck drivers. We are very happy to have her as a part of our company as she is someone we can turn to at work who is greatly dependable and intelligent. Ruby seems to multitask as if it is second nature, and she never allows work-related stress to get in her way. She is always looking for ways to help whether she is in the office, on the docks, or on the production floor. She does whatever it takes to make sure her job gets done properly. Ruby has kept the night shift together, especially during all of our busy months without ever complaining. She keeps on working hard and has a great ATTITUDE while at work!
