Shon continues to exemplify the Core Values of BCS and by doing so, earns the admiration of everyone who works with him. He is one of our most trusted drivers we have on swing shift. Shon always volunteers to help when help is needed, showing TEAMWORK. Furthermore he treats his fellow employees with respect. I can think of no one that deserves employee of the month more than Shon.
