Congratulations to our January Employee of the Month, Victor Solomon.
Just Under a year ago Victor Solomon came to the Maintenance department with a background in construction and facility maintenance. His experience and attitude made him an immediate asset in the department and he was able to contribute right away.
Victor came in with a short time to learn the facility and his responsibilies before he was needed to transition to night shift. He took on learning door repair, forklift repair and troubleshooting. Moving to the night shift is difficult for a new member of the Maintenance department and he did a great job familiarizing himself with the operations crew and where he could help them out.
Working through Covid-19 this year we had constant change, often times happening at the spur of the moment. Many times this would effect and change Victor’s work schedule and hours at the drop of a hat. Victor’s awesome attitude towards his work was a huge help in making these changes successful.
We are happy to have Victor here. His teamwork and attitude make him a great choice for our January Employee of the Month.
